F that. He needs to turn the tables on them with:
"We have what appears to be manslaughter or murder here, which are obviously state charges. We are opening our own investigation immediately and hope the FBI will join us. However, unlike most murder cases, this one doesn't really depend on any advanced forensics. There are multiple videos that show the whole thing. So we ask the FBI to help us apprehend the perpetrator and join our investigation so we can proceed to the administration of justice with the most appropriate charges."

"The FBI has taken full control of the investigation into the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) officer in Minneapolis, it emerged on Thursday.
In a statement, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) said it was initially called upon to help investigate the shooting before federal officials reversed course and said the case would be solely led by the FBI. With its access to the case materials, witnesses and evidence revoked, the BCA said it had to reluctantly withdraw from the investigation.
Speaking at a press conference on Thursday, homeland security secretary Kristi Noem denied that the BCA had been cut out of the investigation and said it was a matter of jurisdiction. They have not been cut, she said. They dont have any jurisdiction in this investigation.

I think we can expect the MAGAestapo agent to be "fully exonerated," to have "acted appropriately," and to be declared "a bigly hero of AmeriKKKa" sooner or later. Now the media focus will shift to the two Portland executions.
