I've been threatened and insulted and physically confronted many times over the years, across a range of jobs.

At no time have I been allowed to summarily execute someone just because they got in my face or weren't obeying me.

But cops seem to have no requirement re: human interaction beyond "stop or I'll shoot."

There were at least a dozen witnesses, plus several reliable people filmed the incident with their cellphones or by a camera on their car. There really isn't a whole lot for a jury to decide on. It was plainly murder, 1st degree.
