Where in ANY of their supposed regulation codes that they are tossing around, to try to justify how they treat protestors, does it allow him to go into a PortaPotty with a female, even if she is a detainee??

she can't pull down her own pants and underwear and so this goon goes in to get his thrills at her expense. I do believe this would fall under a state sex crime of some level. Committing sex crimes is a big part of the GQP brand.
