she was de-escalating.

De-escalating = taking control. He didn't want her to be in control. He had to exert control. Bang! Bang! Bang!

He didn't shoot her in the head at point blank range because he felt like he was in danger. He shot her in the head at point blank range because he was furious that she wasn't afraid of him. He shot her in the head at point blank range because he felt emasculated.

Then he was bound and determined that the person he was after was not going to get away. He broke the back window of his prey's car, stuck his arm into broken glass and hung on to the vehicle as it drove away. He hung on for a certain distance and then must have decided to let go. I think they say he had to get 22 stitches in his arm. This is behavior of someone who is not in control or logical.

On Wednesday, Renee Good was not going to get away. I don't know what she did to garner his interest. He certainly wasn't explaining what the problem he had with her. When his colleagues rolled up and tried to open Renee's door, he made up his mind right then she wasn't going to be allowed to leave. He executed her to exert his power. Whatever she did, she didn't deserve the death penalty. She did not use her vehicle to try to hurt him. He was an arm's length away from her vehicle as he was shooting. He put his colleagues in the line of fire. This man is clearly out of control, bent on exerting his power, and he doesn't care who he kills. He got away rather quickly after walking up and down the street at the scene of the crime.

Clearly he is someone who should not be doing any form of law enforcement. He will kill again.
