WHAT THE Fu*k CHUCK

We have so many outstanding people in the Democratic Party. Chuck Schumer once was one, but it’s time to either replace him or at least get him to shut the fu*k up. I viewed the clip of him stepping in to protect Lutnick when Lutnick was asked why trump should take credit for projects that were created by Biden’s chips and science act when all republicans voted against it. Schumer’s intervention on behalf of Lutnick was vomit inducing. Is he going to vote to fund ice next ?

At this point in time we need Democrats to point out how insane the current republicans are for carrying out an insane man’s policies. Instead we get a call for bipartisanship. WTF Chuck ???

Passing the CR back then without getting any protections for our social safety net allowed for the subsequent passage of the Big Ugly Death Bill.

police itself, and to deregulate, privatize and gut government programs plays directly into the hands of Wall Street and the billionaire parasites.

Democrats need to be pounding on MIDDLE CLASS KITCHEN TABLE ISSUES, asking things like, "Hey, Daddy Twump, if you're so fucking great, why do more Americans than ever have HEALTH CARE DEBT? Why are we getting squeezed to death by Wall Street nickel and diming us? Why isn't college affordable, and why do so many of our kids and grandkids end up BURIED IN PREDATORY STUDENT DEBT??? Why isn't childcare available and affordable? Why do I have to pay out the nose for my prescriptions?

And why the fuck are we spending OUR TAX MONEY on shit we don't need like trillion dollar military budgets and an ICE secret police force? How the hell does that help me AT MY KITCHEN TABLE.

It doesn't help me. Not at all. The last time the US government did anything that actually helped me and my family was the passage of the ACA, because pre-existing conditions were outlawed. That was good, but what would be better is Medicare for all.

Hey, I have an idea Chuck. Grow a spine and stand up to these GOP nazis. They aren't bipartisan. You gotta stop letting them roll over you. I don't give a shit if your donors are happy, Chuck. I am not happy. We need to start focusing on KITCHEN TABLE ISSUES AND REBUILDING THE MIDDLE CLASS.

Right now this administration is hiding a secret militia in the open under the banner of law enforcement. ...an initiative that is going to bring THOUSANDS of jobs to his state, and something Lutnick and Trump had little to nothing to do with making happen but thought they'd come onto his state and get a platform to brag about something their party mostly opposed when it was coming into being.

WHY THE FUCK SHOULDN'T HE PROMOTE AN INITIATIVE THAT HE HAD A PART IN CREATING UNDER A DEMOCRATIC ADMINISTRATION?

Seder ratfucked Biden the last election, one of the primary 'Gaza' demagogues who bashes the Democratic party each and every day.

Why do people still promote these ratfuckers who deliberately helped Trump win the last election by tearing down our president and candidate with his demagoguery?

Apparently some people can't see beyond their own antipathies to Democrats and think bashing jobs initiatied by Democrats is some political genius.

Fri Jan 23, 2026, 01:35 PM

...should they show up to promote groundbreakings when it produces actual jobs in their state?

Did Lutnick have more business being there than Schumer?

Didn't he crash the event to try and steal the thunder from Biden and Schumer and claim it was a trump achievement?

Didn't Schumer contradict him at the event and give credit to Pres. Biden?

Isn't Seder providing cover for Lutnick here by focusing this false ire on Schumer and diverting from the CHIPS Act that was a DEMOCRATIC achievement which provided the funding for this project?

...Seder is not only misrepresenting the event, he's LYING about Schumer, who contradicted Lutnick at the event and gave credit to Pres. Biden for making it possible.

After years of delay, Micron broke ground on its semiconductor manufacturing facility in Clay Friday. Notable speakers included U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, Gov. Kathy Hochul and Sens. Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand. Leonardo Eriman | Senior Staff Photographer

...it's about jobs for New York, Who here is opposed to the CHIPS Act and the jobs it's helping create in states like the senators'?

Who is railing against this Democratic initiative, or actually thinks Lutnick is responsible for it? They need to educate themselves.

Schumer actually CONTRADICTED Lutnick in his remarks, not praise or support:

The project’s groundbreaking ceremony, held at White Pine Commerce Park, marked the beginning of Micron’s $100 billion investment in central New York. The Clay facility is part of Micron’s broader plan to invest $200 billion in semiconductor manufacturing across the U.S.

During ceremonious remarks, Micron CEO Sanjay Mehrotra touted the investment as one of the largest private manufacturing investments in U.S. history, expected to create 9,000 direct jobs and thousands more indirect jobs over the next 20 years.

“We’re here today because of the core drive from President Trump,” Lutnick said. “This groundbreaking only got scheduled at the end of December because of the Trump administration.”

Schumer, however, praised the federal CHIPS and Science Act passed under former President Joe Biden as a key factor in Micron’s commitment to central New York. Schumer said the legislation helped allow the federal government to “unlock billions of dollars” in incentives for semiconductor facilities.

“There’s a real future here, a real future in tech manufacturing,” Schumer said after the ceremony. “Have faith in central New York.”

https://dailyorange.com/2026/01/after-years-of-delay-micron-breaks-ground-on-100b-clay-facility/

Seder is not only trying to distract from this landmark DEMOCRATIC achievement, but he's demagoguing Schumer like he demagogued Biden, Harris, and Schumer on Gaza.

That isn't Democratic advocacy, it's the same kind of ratfucking Seder did in the presidential election.

Principle? Really?

Schumer credited the energy of the groundbreaking to collaboration across different parties and levels of government.

Sure, he took the high road. I'll give him that ... but the high road has gotten us not just nowhere, but backwards. These are uncommon times. We need uncommon solutions. We need fighters, not run of the mill "parliamentarians".

However, after the last "Moderate" Republican, Lincoln Chaffee, got ran out and the Heritage Foundation and Federalist Society took over GOP Inc., there's been no chance of "Bi-partisanship" unless there was a significant profit involved.

And even then, anything legislative that would have been good for the US "at Large" would have some sort of poison pill giveaway to GOP INC. buried in it.

The opposition to GOP INC. is not to hire a lobbying and consultant firm and create a "Democrats INC.", with senators and representatives acting as marketing agents and sales services, because Democrats INC. is still a product chasing money to buy election advertising.
The opposition to GOP INC. is not to sell consumers a "team figurine" to put out on the front porch showing if you're behind Team Red or Team Blue. The opposition to GOP is people who actually live and work in the real world instead of a purchased facimilie, who can think independently, and understand common goals that benefit the majority instead of filling pockets every fiscal quarter.

They voted for him to lead the Senate, not his constituency who voted for him to represent THEM. Are you from New York? Did you like any of the legislation that Democrats advanced in the Senate when we held the majority? That's all Schumer, btw.

I totally agree with the historical summary but want to focus on a winnable solution to elect/appoint/glorify anyone other than a MAGAt in political power.

The ballot box has become a gauntlet for opposition to MAGA. MAGAts know Democrats are using that as a remedy and are attacking voting rights nationwide—don’t fall for it.

Resist 24/7/365 is every capacity, top it off with a vote in November. In the meanwhile today and every day, meme, whisper, shout, organize, and proudly stand up for democracy and the Democratic Party who is the best hope for ridding the U.S. of MAGA terrorism.
