The director of national intelligences alleged efforts to quash embarrassing allegations appear to be unraveling.A whistleblower complaint against Donald Trumps spy chief was flagged for being of urgent concern and was on its way to lawmakers before hitting a series of inexplicable snags that saw it hidden away in a safe.
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard was accused of playing games behind the scenes to keep the complaint under wraps, but a memo on the highly classified complaint obtained by The Associated Press now reveals the nature of the allegations against her.
Filed on May 21, 2025, by an intelligence official, the complaint alleged that Gabbard restricted distribution of a highly classified intelligence report for political purposes, according to the memo. It also alleged that officials with the DNIs Office of General Counsel failed to report a potential crime to the Department of Justice, also for political purposes.
Lawmakers only learned of the documents existence in November, when the whistleblowers attorneys shared a letter with Congress accusing Gabbard of stonewalling disclosure of the complaint, which is currently locked in a safe at the office of the intelligence communitys inspector general, The Wall Street Journal reported.
The memo on the complaint has now been shared with members of the House and Senate intelligence committees, and copies of the complaint itself are due to be hand-delivered to the lawmakers this week, the AP reported.

Some hard proof that she is a Russian asset, and acting as Putin's liaison to Duhnold?
A person can dream!

NSA detected phone call between foreign intelligence and a person close to Trump
Last spring, the National Security Agency (NSA) detected evidence of an unusual phone call between an individual associated with foreign intelligence and a person close to Donald Trump, according to a whistleblowers attorney briefed on the existence of the call.
The highly sensitive communique, which has roiled Washington over the past week, was brought to the attention of the director of national intelligence (DNI), Tulsi Gabbard but rather than allowing NSA officials to distribute the information further, she took a paper copy of the intelligence directly to the presidents chief of staff, Susie Wiles, the attorney, Andrew Bakaj, said.
One day after meeting Wiles, Gabbard told the NSA not to publish the intelligence report. Instead, she instructed NSA officials to transmit the highly classified details directly to her office.

On 17 April, a whistleblower contacted the office of the inspector general alleging that Gabbard had blocked highly classified intelligence from routine dispatch, according to Bakaj, who has been briefed on details surrounding the highly sensitive phone call flagged by the NSA. The whistleblower filed a formal complaint about Gabbards actions on 21 May, Bakaj said.

When he sent the classified link to people without clearance?
Wouldn't that be DNI who would produce a report on the possibility of compromised information? Everybody has said that a criminal investigation would have immediately been opened under any other administration(probably even Trump's first).
