I believe this is targeted to disadvantage women and minority voters.

Just 15 months ago the plurality of American voters, 90 million strong, didn't bother to take the simple steps to avoid the shit that has been happening for the past ~year. I have no higher expectations of that lot nine months hence, least of all with higher barriers to navigate.

I think there are a few people waking up now, after all this shit, but will it be enough?
