So basically the point of RFK Jrâ€™s video was to promote improved health outcomes by encouraging men to ride a stationary bike in a sauna shirtless in jeans while your male friend does pushups next to you in shorts before you jump into a hot tub together?

..."When my uncle was president" we spent $0 on chronic disease and now we spend $4.3T/year.

Chronic disease includes cancer and diabetes. We spent money on those in the early 1960s. Even if one just considers federal spending we spent money on those for military members and veterans and prisoners.

To him, wearing sweats while exercising shows weakness. There is enough complexity there alone to keep a therapist busy with him for over a year's worth of sessions.
