Back to the topic at hand. Artists should have NO constraints. EVER. As long as they are hurting no one they should be left to their own devices of their craft.

Nazis try to control the art community, because arts (whether it's music, poets, painters, etc) is always pushing at the walls of conventional wisdom. Always have. A reading of the rise of Nazism in Germany will show that.
