It's a shortcoming for selfish, greedy, narcissistic people.... an emotional handicap
that is laid bare when genuine human compassion and sensitivity is required.

who are very good at faking sensitivity and compassion. Even though Trump thinks he is a great performer, he is terrible. He really doesn't understand the concept of compassion and as such is incapable of faking it.

He’s referring to the fallen…”coming home in a different manner from how they thought they’d be coming home”….like they just returned from their barber shop/hairdresser with a bad haircut. Trump is having a contest with himself to see if he can beat the previous day’s low with the new day’s statements.

Once again….Trump received FIVE deferments during the Vietnam War.
