Just was watching something with the 🍊🐖💩 and I realize every time I hear him speak ( which I try to keep to

A minimum) I hear and see….

Jerry Lewis screeching and yowling and Benito Mussolini with the chins up after making a lie!

I noticed it awhile ago. He inflects on the wrong word, but he's not doing it for comedic affect. In fact, I'm not sure exactly why he does it because it sounds ridiculous.
