I sympathize with people complaining about noise. Me, I always found that politely asking people to modify their behavior worked better than confrontations.

What about driving on a road with bikes. As far as I know that is not against the law. He could not have gone this fast since he was able to stop.

If this was self defense the video shows he dispensed of the threat fairly quickly but continued to assault. That's how people who get jumped get charges against them if they come out on top and continue hitting.

For one, he jumped in front of the motorcycle. Laid hands on Ritchson first by pushing him off the bike, and worse still, did so in front of the guy's kids. When there were many NON-confrontational ways of handling concerns over "bike riding and the revving of engines." So, what'd he expect?
