we'd giggle and then say "Yeah, he misspoke, it happens".

But this is not a one-off, it's how he talks all the time, like he knows nothing about anything (which is demonstrably the case).

He's dumb and a nasty piece of work. What a combination.

This will open the field up, though Ron Johnson held the most stupid spot pre Markwayne and hasn't smartened up a lick so he remains the stupidest senator.

But, as I have said before, always keep an eye on Marsha Blackburn, a very stupid US Senator.

And we have the wildcard of whomever gets appointed from Oklahoma. It wouldn't be hard to find someone smarter and more qualified than Markwayne to appoint, but there is always the chance someone equally stupid and ignorant can and will be found.

For now, it's Johnson!!!

the clumsy machinations of those up for the title!

Blackburn vs. Johnson is one to watch, but I also expect whoever is appointed to replace Mullin to be a definite contender for the title, I mean, it's Oklahoma, so I'm sure that's one to watch, because they have a deep bench.

The big question is if Oklahoma can step up and put someone even less qualified forward.

Alabama will also have to find someone dumber than Senator Football McDumbass.

This really is the worst timeline.

Yesterday

gets elected governor of Alabama, he will appoint his own successor. If that is correct, imagine how goddamn stupid that appointee will be!
