For those who want it simplified:

Narcissism: I want what I want and nothing else matters to me!
Machiavellianism: And I will do whatever I need to do to get what I want!
Psychopathy: And if I hurt you to do it, I really don't care.

Now, let's add the fourth quality that is not shown in the graphic.

SADISM: In fact, I actually enjoyed hurting you.

INCOMPETENCE: I don’t know how to do the evil things I want to do (which explains his record of failures)

IGNORANCE: I don’t know what the fuck I am doing

When you add those two in, it’s not so terrifying.

Instead of terror, which is paralyzing, we must be filled with resolve to defeat this regime.

(I’m a retired psychotherapist)

A complete assessment would include medical symptomology, including cognitive deterioration, social, spiritual, family history and current relationships, coping skills, etc.

Focusing on just the sensational, emotion triggering, clickbaity symptoms does a disservice to the patient and the public.

No psychological knowledge is required to know that Trump is a dangerous, evil, incompetent man.

We must choose courage over terror.
