The DSM-5 lists specific criteria for diagnosing Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD). These include:
A pervasive pattern of disregard for and violation of others' rights
At least three of the following:
Failure to conform to social norms
Deceitfulness
Impulsivity or failure to plan ahead
Irritability and aggressiveness
Reckless disregard for safety of self or others
Consistent irresponsibility
Lack of remorse
The individual must be at least 18 years old and have evidence of Conduct Disorder with onset before age 15.

(29,686 posts)He checks just about every box for sociopathy, psychopathy, antisocial personality disorder, "regular" and malignant narcissism, and probably lots more. There could be a whole DSM just on him.
