to spend renovating and building new monuments to himself
while he's robbing them (US) blind.
When he eventually leaves by one way or another
Americans are going to have a rude awakening
the government is broke, bankrupt, empty.

Trump’s 250-foot gold arch would tower over the Lincoln Memorial. When asked who it honors, he said: 'Me'

Excerpt...

But when Trump was asked by Ed O'Keefe of CBS News who the monument was meant to honor, he replied: "Me,” according to a video of the exchange shared on social media (4).

A "down payment to the nation for the bounty you've earned on our backs" levy. It could definitely cover the existing deficit as we re-calibrate priorities and, at a minimum, repeal the tax cut on household income over $300,000 or so.

They would barely feel it. Instead of shoveling bribes at the regime, they would just be putting the dollars directly into the nation's coffers.

Here's what Gemini had to say: A one-time 20% levy on American billionaire wealth could potentially collect over $1.6 trillion, based on estimates that 938 U.S. billionaires held $8.2 trillion in collective wealth as of early 2026. This proposed 20% tax—distinct from a 20% income tax proposal—targets total net worth rather than just annual income.

Not that any money should be spent on it but the media stenographers and news readers are not asking.

He should be there right now for his theft and sale of our nation’s top secrets to Russia.
We executed 2 people for doing that in the 1950s (the Rosenbergs) and Robert Hansen
died @ that prison doing 16 life sentences. Unfortunately the SCOTUS ruled that laws
don’t apply to President Trump.

Btw since the ballroom will really be a bunker I can’t help but think about a famous fascist
and his bunker in Berlin in 1945.

... there would be SERIOUS problems getting legislation through that would authorize a public project paid for by private funds -- particularly under the unbelievably corrupt ballroom "contract" the grifter-in-chief has going.

He has already ruined it for the rest of us anyway.

EDIT TO ADD: Nobody has explained where they're going to park all the cars for 2,000 attendees at the White House!?! There's no place to park 1,000+ cars unless they start taking over land from the National Mall.

Justice matters.

bullshit the American people never asked for.
We asked for Medical coverage for all,
We asked for a Middle-Class Tax Cut
We asked for release of Epstein files,
Instead we got trump renovations
ICE military, secret police
and a war he started and declared by himself
after demanding the Nobel prize
for eight wars he ended??

Then bill his sorry ass for cost of replacement.

This was done without formal approval or consent. This needs to be put into the pile of other shit he has done, fleeced, stolen, destroyed, etc.). When the time comes, and it will, freeze any/all assets (monetary, real property and anything else of value) and recover cost of reparations from that pool.

That would be separate from recovering all monies he (and his family) has stolen or otherwise illegally accumulated (see emoluments, contract fraud, bribery).

Maybe firing up a class-action lawsuit against him and his family brought by the citizens of the US would be possible. Not a lawyer, but this seems like something worth looking in to.

it's purpose will be for displaying the balls of all of the Republicans that he now possess. But, it's not a ballroom. He wants a throne room. Not for shyting, but to hold court as a dictator/king/emperor. And his ball lickers, the Guardians Of Pedophiles, will accommodate. Why are they so afraid? They are so spinless they can't stand up straight.
