The fact is that test is only given when there are deficits that suggest dementia may be possible. A low score would make it likey. However, not all neurological deficits would show on that test. You could have significant loss of executive function and still get 30/30.

Looking at ALL the actions of both Biden and Obama I can understand why they never took that test.

However, I assume that someone could design a test that measures logical ability. You could throw in some questions that would measure ethical decision making. Then some that test basic morality. ( Hint telling a country that a President wants to wipe them out so thoroughly they can never recover at a point you are negotiating with them fails all three! )

However, note he speaks of Joe Biden being elected.
