The man has some issues. And he is babbling gibberish too.

Yeah, I noticed, and wonder what drug would cause such a big change so fast. I'm no spring chicken and it shows, but my face is still on the part of the skull it belongs.

Yes, I am nutz but it sure looks like his face is going south on him.

Facial skin will sag and wrinkle as we age. Partly due to collagen loss as we age, and partly due to reduction in subcutaneous fat under the skin as weight goes down. Seems with those weight loss drugs, working quickly, the sagging gets pretty noticeable as it happens fast.
I noticed his face sagging a couple years ago and did some reading. Then all the sudden, it seems his face wasn't as saggy. Wondered if he stopped taking the drug, but my newer research pointed to people using facial injections to pump up the sagging the weight loss drugs causes in many.
As a former tailor, I noticed how loose his suits were the first time I noticed his saggy face. Weight loss so sudden his tailor couldn't keep up.
This rapid weight loss causes a reduction in subcutaneous fat particularly noticeable in the face. The skin, especially in older adults or those with preexisting volume loss, may not bounce back, leading to a hollow or aged appearance.

(77,761 posts)4. Every picture tells a story.

The right side of his mouth has a kind of a post stroke droop to it. Much more pronounced
in it and you can see the Botox injection marks above his upper lip on the left side. I dont think
you can see the Botox injection sites on the right side because he has some kind of auto body
filler aka bondo on the right. Or I might be wrong.
Btw as a tailor you must cringe when you see that jumbo sized red Tiel he wears.

and breaks his fucking neck. But that's just me doing some dreaming.

What kind of zombie land is he from? Anybody who dresses like he does and gets made up like
does and then looks in the mirror and thinks he is stylish is nutz.
