How do we determine if Donald Trump is a domestic enemy?

The Oath of Office states:
"I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, ..."

Clearly the President is not defending the Constitution of the United States. Clearly, many believe him to be a domestic enemy.

So the Constitution means nothing. We just, as a people, ignore it. Rich? One set of rules. Peasants? Another set of rules. Behave or you'll get ICE'd in the back or in the face. Well, duh!
