That he’s trying to tear up. I guess because they’re actually creating electricity from water power. He can’t stand that. The man is obviously bat shit, crazy and that’s an insult to bat shit

I've done that stunt myself in the past.

You jack up the demands for capitulation, knowing your adversary can't and won't accept your terms.
