Trump Shrugs Off Soaring Gas Prices As 'Peanuts' Amid Iran War
FakeNoose
(42,492 posts)I'm not sure how much of that info is released to the public. It's a volatile thing of course, but Chump doesn't care if it allows him to stash his bribes, grifts and other ill-gotten gains.
Or he could lose it all when things go south ....

(12,539 posts)I'm really fortunate that I no longer have to drive to work, and I feel deeply sorry for those who have NO CHOICE but to pay whatever gas costs. I simply cannot understand how ANYONE could continue to support this self-obsessed, callous IDIOT.

(20,848 posts)the price of gasoline wasn't "peanuts." The rabid-right made it sound like the end of modern civilization. And Biden had the COVID pandemic to deal with, and all the foul ups from Agent Orange himself.
And you know what? He didn't construct a single ballroom, arch, didn't have any grand military parades for his birthday, didn't reline the reflecting pool, and wasn't stealing billions from taxpayers!
But that's the difference between an actual public servant and a psychopathic greed-head, isn't it.

(6,773 posts)that IS all he has to say to get them to nod in agreement. Paying through the nose to support their idol, who has them conned into thinking the monumentally disastrous illegal Iran war of aggression was necessary to keep the US safe from a nuclear bomb.
Stupidity and ignorance.

(4,672 posts)4 flight segments for each of us at $100 fuel surcharge per segment.
Normally anything stolen from us over $500 is grand theft in this State.
The Iran war has not yet been sanctioned by Congress. It IS illegal. Trump can pay for it out out of his grifting. Then he can refund all of us for the tariffs and other thefts he's perpetrated without following the law.
(I know pipe dreams, but I will never believe he's anything other than 100% responsible for this mess).

(1,647 posts)Even then, he still has no idea how badly this is affecting Americans. Especially those on fixed incomes.
He has "NOT A CLUE".
I don't know if I can take 2 more years of this shit. Imagine what the deficit will be by then.
Conservative party? Yeah, I don't think so.
I think he thinks we're playing the game Monopoly with play money.

(8,201 posts)Sound like war drums, and they are getting louder.
Civil disobedience, riots across the land, a rebellion, a revolution?
Until that happens to break the spell, Americans will continue to suffer more and more, and overseas politicians, once diplomatic, will laugh out in the open at the sad decline of a once powerful country.
