It will be tracked and I will receive a receipt. I always take it to the post office and mail it by hand just to be sure. This is how I've voted in the last few elections here in CA and it is easy, reliable, and verifiable.
So, before I make my leap with Becerra, does anyone have any advice or input for me about the other candidates? Not against Steyer per se, but in the latest polls I saw Becerra was ahead. I want to make sure that whoever I vote for has the best chance to end up on the final ballot and helps avoid a two R ticket.

(55,613 posts)I fill it out, etc but I take it to my local polling place and I feel very satisfied and patriotic for hours afterwards. I always brought my little dogs with me and they were given I VOTED stickers too. All of their stuffed animals had the sticker on them and still do.
When I was at NO KINGS I heard a dude talking to someone and he said the same stuff I feel. I wear my I HATE FOX NEWS t-shirt that I was given at a "resist the wall" protest in San Diego in 2018 and hand-made my Lock Him Up earrings. I was worried that I wouldn't be allowed near the polls since I was wearing a "political statement" but no one has ever told me I can't enter. Maybe it's due to the fact that my area is VERY BLUE and we hate tRump a lot around here.

(3,389 posts)I voted for Tom Steyer, he's taking all the right stands.
I watched the debates and knew then.
Over the weekend I was invited as a Democratic Club officer to join him for lunch on Monday in a small group setting.
Becerra seems like the same old thing, he's already given in on single-payer and I just don't see any change coming if he is elected.
And Steyer got the best environmental and labor endorsements.
