Well this is not uninteresting:

The released “results” of his physical exam revealed a couple things possibly worth noting:

He’s still on high doses of aspirin daily and that leads me to believe that his episode some time ago which has clearly left him with a right-sided facial droop may, I say may, have been a minor brain bleed, which qualifies as a minor stroke. It would not surprise me in the least if he had other evidences of bleeds, possibly in the frontal cortex which would possibly enhance his fronto-temporal dementia. That’s why he’s had multiple imaging visits.

And I’ll tell you something else: we know from multiple reports, especially Noel Casler’s podcasts, that He’s an Adderall addict. He may be telling people that the white pills that he crushes and snorts are aspirin, so they won’t know that he’s a junkie. Nothing is unbelievable with this guy.

Of course they gave him another cognitive test which the stated he “got” 30/30 “correct”. In all my years, I have never heard of anyone who passed a cognitive exam either flying colors being asked to repeat it within a relatively short time frame.

When all is said and done, and he’s out of the WH one way or another, we should federally fund a museum of his doctors, beginning with the podiatrist who diagnosed the phantom bone spurs,, in order to memorialize this outrageous demonstration of medical lying-through-the-teeth of his physicians throughout the years. A real testimony to grotesque unprofessionalism.

At the idea of a museum!

Suddenly my coffee charged brain went to a general crime museum for the most high level crimes in our history which then went to the reality that it would end up being configured like the museum at The House on the Rock! It's a rambling museum where it starts out small and quaint as a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired house that grows into an hours-long wander through magnificent collections into larger and ever grander displays of full sized carousels and fantastic musical machines! In the case of a crime museum, I could see -45's regime being that last three large collections on display and spilling out into the parking lot where, perhaps, that flying Qatari jet might be viewed.

Putting this museum in Atlantic City, possibly in one of his old casinos if they are still standing. It would need expanding and in 50-100 years it’ll probably be underwater when the Greenland and West Antarctic ice sheets fully collapse, which will be a fitting tribute to MAGA and all the corporates who told us the science behind global warming was bunk.

for an 80 year old--bamboozling the masses and media-- while leaving out significant details (that medication list sans dosages or prior history of meds with dates of discontinuance for many--amusing) or explaining the many other questions experienced physicians would have-- whether internists, neurologists, cardiologists, gerontologists, or radiologists...A fourth year medical student would get a pass. An intern might get a chance to revise... An R-1, would get an emphatic "talking to" and asked whether they were being intentionally obtuse (and too cute by half), but hey Dr. Sean, it got the job done, I guess.

Not only would it explain most of the visible signs of progressive physical decline. It also illustrates his rejection of the idea that anyone may know more than he does, including doctors and anyone with a lick of sense. Who knows, maybe after it was first brought up he is doubling down just to show them!

Major Long-Term Effects

Gastrointestinal (GI) Bleeding and Ulcers: Aspirin blocks the enzymes that help protect the stomach lining. Over time, this often leads to gastritis, stomach ulcers, and a heightened risk of serious upper GI bleeding. nhs.uk

Hemorrhagic Stroke: While aspirin protects against clot-related (ischemic) strokes, its blood-thinning effect simultaneously increases the risk of bleeding in the brain (hemorrhagic stroke). Mayo Clinic

Easy Bruising and Bleeding: Because aspirin permanently disables platelets, your blood takes longer to clot. This results in easier bruising, nosebleeds, or prolonged bleeding from minor cuts. NHS inform

Renal and Hepatic Effects: Long-term, high-dose usage can cause kidney (renal) insufficiency or liver enzyme elevations, although this is less common with low-dose regimens. Mayo Clinic

Heart Failure Risk: Some recent studies indicate that prolonged, daily aspirin use may increase the risk of heart failure, even in individuals who previously had no cardiovascular disease. ScienceDirect.com

Along with the miasma of other substance abuse and a lifestyle of the poorest choices.

Stand back, folks. This tick is about to pop.

If you are missing your upper pallet.

Also if your artificial pallet isn't in place
everything from your nasal cavity drains out either through your nose or into your mouth. . Eating and drinking is also difficult.
I'm not sure his pallet is missing because I don't see the drainage from his nose. It would be pretty consistent if that was the case.

I know this because my son had his upper pallet removed due to cancer.
