Serious question

Do you get to just drop a “fraud on the court” matter?

Lock them the fuck up and disbar the corrupt lawyers.

DOJ, courts, and legal system have been pretty much on the same side since Reconstruction. Plus the judges are getting conflicting signals from the Roberts Court. No one knows what they will decide.

Blanche and Noem were whitewashing Minnesota. That was enough.

I agree completely.

On a side note, I am told there will be a significant change in circumstances in the Middle East this week.

I guess reality is different, especially with Trump in the White House. Even Roy Cohn is rolling over in his grave.

"Lawyers are disbarred by states, not the federal government. Because the right to practice law is inherently a state-level privilege, state supreme courts and their corresponding bar associations have the sole authority to issue, suspend, or revoke a lawyer's license."

Just because some legal beagle has a law degree does not give them a license to practice law in any state. It is granted and can be revoked by the state.

(WTF do I know, IANAL. Just hung out with too damn many.)

with the reopening of the $10b IRS suit. I think that is still in play and the judge ordering the reopening wants to know specifics.

That the practice of not indicting a sitting president is only memo and an established habit. All that is moot, given trump and his cohorts criminality. I don't think for one moment that BBBlanche will do anything about it because his own neck will be on the line too.

Another serious question: how does the US deal with a criminal president?

8. June 12 hearing on it

Lawrence just mentioned it on his show 10" in.

Two federal judges are investigating the slush fund. One judge is from VA.

I'll try to add more details shortly.

on edit:

trump's in trouble and so are all the lawyers. Frivolous lawsuit (trump's against the IRS).

Rhiannon will probably put this online soon; be sure to watch.
