He was looking at socials and seeing all this NYC/ Knick joyousness, and he had to attach it to himself, thereby destroying it in the process. He's a absolute thief of joy. The worst.

If the Knicks lose, pretty much everyone will blame it on Trump.

If the Knicks win, people will either forget Trump was there or blame him for not letting them celebrate around the Garden as they have for every other game.

He will of course be booed severely but the press will pretend that it was an even number of cheers and boos as they do every time he gets booed in a venue.
