A question for the DU community

The DU ActBlue team (scipan and myself) have a hard rule that ALL our candidates for the House and Senate be winnable swing districts.

I'm asking for a favor. I have a friend running for the House NE-01. He is polling close to the sitting Congressman, Mike Flood. When the poll ads the independent candidate, it isn't so close. BUT the independent candidate is not on the ballot. He is not collecting the petition signatures required to get on the ballot. I'm asking if I do a page for Christopher Backemeyer, would he get a little DU support?
