Wow! Dan Goldman was defeated in his primary.

I know the mayor supported the winner but this outcome was a surprise (to me) given Goldman’s high profile.

Goldman has a record for defending the nation from Trump’s assault on the Constitution, yet he lost. Just wondered why the voters decided on a different candidate. It’s a good question. I thought DUers who are in or closer to the district might offer an answer.
