(54,202 posts)It actually makes sense, though I'm not sure he knows how to use ChatGPT. I think posting on social media is about as technical as he gets.

Up to 50 percent of patients with late-stage Alzheimers disease or related dementias (ADRDs) experience hallucinations. While visual hallucinations are the most common, the type and frequency can depend on the specific diagnosis.
For example, hallucinations often appear earlier in patients with Lewy body dementia (LBD), and those patients might even retain awareness that their experiences are not real. In patients with vascular dementia, the location of brain damage can influence the type of hallucinations.

if your 80yr old parent was talking about having conversations with someone who died ~27 years before they were even born, you'd be getting power-of-attorney in place bsky.app/profile/atru...

Trump: "I even had a conversation with Theodore Roosevelt. I said, 'What do you think about the Panama Canal? Do you consider that your greatest achievement and how do you feel about the fact that the Democrats gave the Panama Canal away to Panama for $1?'"

I had seen a story on the new TR Museum and Library they built in South Dakota and its use of Holograms and AI. As crazy as Trump is, this is actually not nuts, and that's what he was talking about.
