Those guys marching around with socks on their heads

and carrying confederate flags and spewing idiocies . . . Every time they showed up on the news, along with the automatic revulsion there was something niggling at the back of my mind, like I was supposed to remember something. It kept bugging me until finally that memory emerged of being at the drive-in back in the '70s, watching that Woody Allen movie Everything You Wanted to Know About Sex... and there was this one segment that had my date laughing so hard he cried . . .
