Who in the government of Kentucky can successfully go to court to declare him dead before the August 5 deadline (no pun intended)?
A declaratory judgment? A writ of mandamus to replace him in the Senate?

(21,206 posts)The info on what happened is already out there as far as what state he was in when the paramedics arrived and that they performed CPR on the Turtle. Its unlikely an 84 year old man who was already cognitively impaired is surviving that shit. In short, she can be a total nut job and still be right. And there is zero doubt that the WH is well aware of every detail of whatever is going on with him. My guess is thats probably where she got her information. Possibly from Donnie himself.

(1,693 posts)A person in his state being found unconscious and having to be given CPR is not a good sign. Even if he were revived, there's no way he wouldn't be significantly impaired by such an episode.
