So if we do not have birthright citizenship.. just how do you become a citizen in America?

I know that may seem like a silly question.. do we take our new babies to the statehouse put little flags in their hands and take a wave picture?

Do they have to have Parents who are citizens sign them up at the postoffice..

Just how will we certify citizenship and will we be flying babies all over the world to get green cards.. (I know I am stretching it here for the sake of conversation on the subject)

But some people need to think about laws they are proposing and how they will affect people..
