Europe doesn’t fear him, they (along with Canada) hold all the cards.

With Russia in its weakest position since the end of the Cold War, Trump can flap his gums all he wants, and it means nothing to the security of Europe.

By the time Russia rebuilds/rearms, if it ever does, Europe will have transitioned to a self sufficient defense model. That, along with trade independence, will be Trump’s lasting global legacy.
