My only question on this whole business is what the hell took them so long? Suffocation deaths are usually fairly easily identified and not one but two children popping up dead at the same time? Really?

murder her own children and lied about it, but contributed to the endangerment and possible deaths of other children by blaming their deaths on the vaccine.

My recommendation: Lock her up and throw away the fn key.

... and I'm not sure, but I think Idaho still has the death penalty. I'm not a DP supporter, but murdering your own children for likes from psychopaths like Kennedy definitely tops the list of justifiable exceptions.
