Bill O'Reilly wishes Americans would stop 'yowling about high prices'

Conservative political commentator Bill O’Reilly suggested Monday that Americans who are “yowling about high prices” should invest in the stock market to grow their capital.

O’Reilly, 76, lamented that not enough Americans are investing their money in the stock market, mutual funds, IRAs or other longer-term investments, pointing to a recent statistic from Gallup that says 40 percent have none of those investments.

“My portfolio is doing great because Trump – his policies appeal to the big companies,” O’Reilly said on his show “No Spin News”

“But 40 percent of Americans don’t participate in capitalism and a lot of them are yowling about high prices. C’mon. You’ve got 4 percent inflation here. Live in the real world. So you younger people, you gotta get into the stock market,” he added.

If this crook says to put more money in the market, something bad is going to happen.

He supposedly dragged his ex wife down the steps by the hair, as reported by his daughter. He’s on tape talking sleazily to a coworker. He was on his way to being forgotten till Chris Cuomo brought him on that ridiculous News Nation show. Make him go away.

just maybe Billy people don’t invest in the stock market because they barely make enough money to pay their utility bills and buy food. Oh and they likely can’t afford health insurance, you idiot.

$10/ month. Pay down any debt (besides your mortgage.) You also must spend less than you earn. Period, end of story.

I hate to break it to people but no one is coming to save you or fix it for you. Things might be done around the edges but that’s about it. The asset class are the “winners.”

And you don’t matter unless you’re in the top 10-20% as you are not the consumer, as that’s who keep the economy going.

I’m sure I’ll get flamed but it’s the truth.

of a tenet of Calvinism that came over with the Pilgrims and the Puritans. According to Calvin, wealth was a sign of God's favor and special blessing...hence the tendencies among We, the People to revere the millionaires and billionaires. We make celebrities out of them, keep a list of the "Most Blessed" and choose them as leaders with very mixed results. They inspire respect...even awe...and certainly varying degrees of envy and inspiration.
