WASHINGTON ― Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), a top Donald Trump surrogate, said on Sunday that even if the GOP nominee actually grabbed a woman by the pussy, as he bragged about in a leaked tape from 2005, that behavior would not amount to sexual assault.
I dont characterize that as sexual assault, Sessions told The Weekly Standard in the spin room after Sunday nights presidential debate. I think thats a stretch. I dont know what he meant.
So if you grab a woman by the genitals, thats not sexual assault? the reporter asked Sessions.
I dont know, the senator replied. Its not clear that he how that would occur.

If Trump really did shoot someone in the street, these asshats would try to redefine "murder" to excuse him.

"In criminal and civil law, assault is an attempt to initiate harmful or offensive contact with a person, or a threat to do so.[1] It is distinct from battery, which refers to the actual achievement of such contact."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assault
If Trump ACTUALLY did this, as he said he did, it would be "Sexual Battery."
"Sexual battery is an unwanted form of contact with an intimate part of the body that is made for purposes of sexual arousal, sexual gratification or sexual abuse. Sexual battery may occur whether the victim is clothed or not. It is a crime, which varies by state laws, so local laws should be consulted."
