of his crimes against the constitution, then anything I think about how to oppose him cannot be a crime but will be a defense of the constitution against "all enemies, foreign or domestic" so:
No! I have not nor will I be guilty of such a crime no matter what I do to defend the constitution as he and his cabal are enemies.
