away for a couple of years in the 90s, but I can't imagine living anyplace else. Hella red state tho.

Alaska is where the republicans smoke pot and the democrats own guns. But he'd have to make it through all our good folks at Elmendorf, Ft. Richardson, Eilson first, and he's just not that good.

I want to go to Hawaii!

But if you want to communicate with other Alaskan D.U.ers, look for someone with 50k posts as the 3 of them would have to post that much to equal the 3M New Yorkers.

Liberal sentiments in a sea of red. Wonder what it would be like to live in Hawaii though. I did spend a couple of years on Guam. Still a pretty conservative place. The rest of my family lives in CA, and they are all staunchly conservative, red outcasts in a sea of blue.

I'm fortunate to live in what passes for a liberal enclave in a conservative bastion.
