'Trump Is Old And Quite Weird': Kamala Harris Camp Hits Back At '78-Year-Old Criminal' Trump's Fox News Interview

Source: MEDIAite

Jul 25th, 2024, 11:11 am

Harris for President tore into former President Donald Trump over a Fox News interview in which he referred to Vice President Kamala Harris as “garbage” among other things.

Trump has been on the attack since President Joe Biden dropped out and VP Harris ascended to the position of presumptive nominee, including in an interview on Thursday’s edition of Fox & Friends.

The Harris campaign responded with a memo — entitled “Statement on a 78-Year-Old Criminal’s Fox News Appearance” — claiming Trump is lashing out because he’s rattled, and attacking him over his age and criminal record — among other things:

Statement on a 78-Year-Old Criminal’s Fox News Appearance

After watching Fox News this morning we only have one question, is Donald Trump ok?

Main takeaways Trump gave to the American people:

Trump praised his Project 2025
Trump is flustered and lashing out
When Trump wasn’t lying, he was making threats
Abortion bans are good, mail-in voting is bad
Praised dictators because he wants to be one
Trump is clearly worried he made the wrong pick in JD Vance
Trump is old and quite weird?
This guy shouldn’t be president ever again
If anyone wants an alternative, Kamala Harris is offering one.

If he sat in a movie house, or a bar stool, next to you, you'd move to another seat. Although the stink that would come to your attention before he even reached the seat........

Vance wants those who have no children to lose the right to vote because they don't have any skin in the game for our country's future.

That is hundreds of thousands of our military members.

What would prompt people to vote for a loud mouthed, politically naive carnival barker over someone with intelligence and proven political background?

The answer turned out to be disappointingly simple.
Naive voters who believed the pro-Trump hype and the anti-Hillary rhetoric/smear campaign.

Those factors will now apply to the Trump-Kamala campaigns, so overconfidence on our part isn't advisable.

I do think Kamala has a few more arrows in her pocket, because we've SEEN Trump in action. When Trump ran against HRC, dare I say he was "not too bad" at times, he seemed pro union, bring back jobs, and even opposed a pipeline was was against war. Of course, that was all populist rhetoric and he meant none of it.

Since then, we've seen Trump and his end-game. Kamala has so much more to fire at. When HRC ran against Trump, he was mostly a "clean" (so to speak) slate, at least in terms of policy.

Even if Kamala wins this Nov, Trump has still done incredible damage to this nation, it may take decades to fix. If he DOES win in November it's game over for the US, literally.

No, it's more visceral than that.

It's clear that MAGats refuse to acknowledge "policy" when there are clear contradictions with those the GOP professes but then actually adopts.

It's literally "bravado" vs "brains". "Bully" vs "nerd". And that translates into "style over substance".

And with someone who spent many years in the entertainment industry perfecting that "style" and learning what "works" and "doesn't work" stylistically for a viewing audience, you now have someone who is literally, creating a "performance" in order to fool a crowd.

The fevered struggling that went on while the SS were trying to get him off the stage, eventually resulting in him managing to break through their protective phalanx to raise his fist in the air in a "perfect pose" for the picture-takers, is exactly the type of performative manner in which he conducts his day-to-day activities, and his crowds love it.
