The election fraud case will likely be dismissed - probably at Jack Smith's request.

The classified documents case would get the same treatment, but it was already dismissed. Now the appeal will be dropped and the 11th circuit will never ave to weigh in on Cannon's ruling.

That leaves Georgia - Which at best must be paused until he's no longer in office.

On edit - Oh... and there probably isn't an impact on the business record case in NY that is at the state appeals court. But that was looking like a significant reduction in the penalty - if they let the ruling stand at all.
