Three suspected DOGE impersonators storm S.F. City Hall, demand documents

Source: San Francisco Chronicle via MSN

Three men wearing MAGA hats and Department of Government Efficiency T-Shirts stormed several offices inside San Francisco City Hall Friday demanding that workers hand over documents, the Sheriff’s Office said.

Sheriff’s Office Director of Communications Tara Moriarty told the Chronicle the incident happened around noon. She said the three men demanded that City Hall employees turn over digital information related to alleged wasteful government spending and fraud.

The employees refused their requests and called sheriff’s deputies, Moriarty said, at which time the individuals fled the building

The incident is under investigation and deputies are reviewing surveillance and using other investigative tools to pursue leads, Moriarty said.

for DOGE MAGAts to force compliance with their demands to access data.

They should try it again. Or maybe try SF police headquarters.

What you couldn't LOCK the door?

The employees may have been behind counters, behind plexiglass.

But think. You don't want to lock yourself in with three angry males belonging to a group known to favor firearms. That would be a recipe for become hostages or shot in anger.

Easy for you to call for them to be brave.

Lunchtime on a Friday going into a 3 day weekend (Presidents’ Day) means light staffing. Public or private sector. The staff was solid. Kudos to them and management. Good training.

Sound like a bunch of Silicon Valleyboy twerps.

They arrested a guy pretending to be ICE in WI last week.

These may gave been people just trying to steal identities. Would be a way to get info.
