But then again as a renter I do not have anything for the bail. SO I would be stuck there until the circuit judge makes his rounds. Sometimes up to 90 days.

Menendez, Baraka had stepped three feet inside the grounds, was told he was trespassing, and he went back to the public side of the fence. The ICE agents then took a phone call, and afterward went outside the gates and arrested Baraka from the public side of the fence. They then roughed up three congresspeople, two women and Menendez. They were not trespassing since they have the right to check out detention facilities. The administration and the RW media are lying about what happened.
