City and state officials say federal law enforcement shot a woman Wednesday morning in south Minneapolis. The woman’s condition is unknown at this time.
The shooting has drawn a large crowd of protesters and law enforcement to the area of Portland Avenue and 34th Street in the city’s Powderhorn community.

MPR News contacted both DHS and Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Tuesday to confirm the number of agents being deployed to Minnesota. DHS responded with a statement from Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin, saying, “While for the safety of our officers we do not get into law enforcement footprint, DHS has surged law enforcement and has already made more than 1,000 arrests of murderers, rapists, pedophiles and gang members.”
Amid the reported surge of federal agents, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem was in the Twin Cities on Tuesday.
Gov. Tim Walz on Tuesday had sharply criticized the federal enforcement effort, raising concerns about both the scale of the operation and the lack of coordination with state officials.

We knew this was bound to happen. Recruit a bunch of Proud Boys and III Percenters who Trump pardoned for their J6 crimes, pay them a $20,000 signing bonus, pay them a bounty for every dark-skinned person they "arrest," and one of them is guaranteed to shoot someone.

(11,862 posts)The first video showed what looked like the woman pulling out to turn around and leave. There is a big SUV that is blocking the road and she looks like she is attempting to move around it. She pauses and it looks like she waves a car through and it does pass. She waits because she sees all of these other cars and trucks and most likely is waiting to see if they are going to go through or allow her to continue to make the turn but instead assholes jump out of their truck and head towards her. The 3rd video shows an ice agent? Officer? that is standing on the other side in the line of her turn but she is focused on the guys trying to open her door so she pulls away but that officer/agent has placed himself in front of her car. She only had one way to go and that is the path she was taking to get around that other SUV with its door open and blocking part of the road. The asshole officer who decided not to get out of way, who had placed his body in front of her vehicle drew his weapon while moving away (without urgency) and opened fire on her and killed her.
on edit: I just saw another angle on CNN and it looks like she also was waiving the agents truck but they jumped out and went at her.

I agree with what you are alluding to, she may well not have known the shooter was even there, as she was engaged with the two gestapo at her door.

The agents created this situation out of thin air but yeah, no one will be held accountable because immunity, "it was a mistake" or some bullshit.

🚨HOLY SHIT: Kristi Noem just called the Minneapolis woman a terrorist- claiming ICE agents were “attacked” after an agent jumped to safety before shooting her in the face multiple times.
Kristi Noem is a complicit monster.
NOEM: “(What the victim did) was an act of domestic terrorism.
ICE officers were stuck in the snow during an enforcement action when a woman attempted to ram them with her vehicle.

Arrest them for murder. Jail until a trial.
