Donald Trump Threatens To Sue Trevor Noah After The Grammys: 'Get Ready'

Source: Newsweek

Published Feb 02, 2026 at 02:53 AM EST updated Feb 02, 2026 at 05:23 AM EST

President Donald Trump has threatened to sue Grammy's host Trevor Noah for making "false and defamatory" comments regarding his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.

Writing on Truth Social, Trump said: "Noah said, INCORRECTLY about me, that Donald Trump and Bill Clinton spent time on Epstein Island. WRONG!!! I can't speak for Bill, but I have never been to Epstein Island, nor anywhere close, and until tonight's false and defamatory statement, have never been accused of being there, not even by the Fake News Media.

"Noah, a total loser, better get his facts straight, and get them straight fast. It looks like I'll be sending my lawyers to sue this poor, pathetic, talentless, dope of an M.C., and suing him for plenty$."

Newsweek contacted the White House and Noah's representatives for comment by email outside of regular working hours.

And once the actual court says, "Okay, discovery time!"... he will fold like a wet taco shell.

He knows what will happen once he has to sit in that box. He knows what will be asked and what they will be after. He also knows that he cannot be there as he will undoubtedly babble incessantly and say things that none of them want to be made public. He is just too senile to be trusted not to say something.

Question: How long do you think he will keep breathing if he really does threaten to expose the cabal of powerful people that are in those files by either letting them all out, or getting dragged into a deposition?

I expect the next time that the shooter won't miss.

South Africa may be the only country in Africa that Trump doesn't refer to as a "shit-hole country".

Does he honestly believe that anyone in the world thinks he had NEVER been to the island? His denials and threats to sue indicate how truly guilty he is. This is something he is very afraid of. If he wasn't, he'd just let it go.

The more Trump denies something, the more he guilty he is. He is such an open book.

reason properly. Just the other day he is alleged to have shit his pants. They all do realize that once he leaves office there will be books written that will be confirmed by the witnesses. If there is money incentives, everyone around Trump will talk.

Though many may be too nervous to reveal what they know, as they could also be incriminated.

After his first term, I really expected more inside revelations about Trump, but so many just quietly withdrew from public life, undoubtedly because they were afraid of legal repercussions, public humiliation, and/or retaliation from very powerful people. I think that is confirmed by the fact that practically no one from his first term is part of his second, not even his family.

Trump in a deposition is so entertaining. He has a way of confirming his guilt so easily.
