Talk of Biden assassinating anyone is dangerous and ridiculous. He's a good, moral man who would not pursue this dumb track of thinking. He and we DUrs are better than that!

immunity is personal to the individual. Meaning his immunity would not extend to the actual people 'doing the deed'.

The actions of the President are still subject to judicial review. This immunity holding only applies to the President having criminal/civil liability protections personally. His actions (like ordering there be 13 USSC justices) can still be struck down by the Court.

Now if the President was willing to walk up to an opponent and shoot them in the head him/herself (and be on federal property at the time) then in theory he/she could not be criminally prosecuted. He/she could still be impeached and convicted and I certainly hope that would occur regardless of the party holding the Presidency at that time.
