The Ghost Trump Can't Escape: Epstein's Spirit
A press conference regarding the Epstein Files Transparency Act was held in front of the U.S. Capitol Building in Washington, D.C., the capital of the United States. Photo by Anadolu Images.
Republican American journalist Tucker Carlson points out that it's obvious Epstein worked for Israel, that everyone in Washington knows this, and that no one can speak openly about it.

The Epstein rift in the Republican camp
U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that he never crossed a certain line with Epstein and has claimed that Democrats are part of this dirty network. Ahead of the 2024 elections, he promised to make Epsteins much-discussed files public after taking office. However, confusing events occurred at this juncture. Trump claimed after his election that the allegations regarding these files and the information about client lists were fabricated. This caused a major backlash among the public and was used against him by his political opponents. It became a vulnerability exploited in his social media feud with his former friend Elon Musk.

The spirit of the times did not allow the Epstein monster
When examining the Epstein case, it is important to remember that the spirit of the times was a significant factor in his receiving the punishment he deserved. In fact, allegations against Epstein had already surfaced by 2008, resulting in a 13-month prison sentence. However, this was before movements such as #MeToo took root, when social awareness was not as high. The conditions of the time allowed for the abuse of women and bullying of the powerful, so the political repercussions of the allegations were not severe. It was especially after the 2018 developments that being associated with Epstein became risky.

Allegations of a MossadEpstein network
Allegations that place the Epstein case on a more global footing are emerging in Israel. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu requested an investigation into the relationship between Jeffrey Epstein and Ehud Barak, Israels former prime minister from 1999 to 2001 and Netanyahus political opponent. This ironic request has a legitimate basis. It has been confirmed that Barak received payments totaling $2.3 million from a foundation linked to Epstein between 2004 and 2006, and that Epstein invested $1 million in a partnership established by Barak in 2015. Barak bases his defense on business and trade partnerships, stating that former Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres (in office: 19841986, 19951996) introduced him to Epstein.

Pandoras box has been opened: What now?
On April 25, 2025, Virginia Giuffre, an Epstein victim who had been trying to build a life in Australia after enduring trauma in the past, took her own life. She had become etched in the public consciousness due to photographs of her with Andrew. Andrew was stripped of his royal title due to allegations against him and had become a leading figure among Epsteins victims. In her memoirs, published a few months after her death, she revealed that Epstein blackmailed powerful figures by videotaping them in relationships with underage girls and noted that he had a large archive of this footage.
