Mostly stock ownership issues it appears with Alito and Kagan leading the way.

(222,249 posts)And I sure hope that he's successful. I looked it up and the last and only SCOTUS impeachment was in 1805!

You see, there are actually three tiers to American justice:
> the poor, who bank roll our for-profit prison system
> the rich, who bankroll the counsel-at-hire-who-perpetually-delay justice system
....and finally
> the "crime is invisible unless both-sides-do-it", egalitarian at all costs, aspect of our justice system
So, in the spirit of "can do" will one of our progressive justices, please, accept a free cup of coffee, (maybe even a pastry) from a climate scientist or ERA proponent so we can see these criminal perversions of justice taken down and out, finally.
