First convoy of humanitarian aid arrives in Nagorno-Karabakh after ceasefire announced - Al Jazeera English



The first convoy of humanitarian aid has arrived in Nagono-Karabakh after the recent fighting.
People say they have little food, fuel or electric power.
Azerbaijan has tightened its grip on the region dominated by ethnic Armenians, after a ceasefire earlier this week.

Videos have emerged of Russian peacekeepers delivering aid after Azerbaijan claimed full control of the enclave.
It's internationally recognised as part of Azerbaijan.
The Red Cross has also sent a convoy of aid.
