So what is motivating them? Foreign influence? Or perhaps their nihilistic need to oppose and sabotage whatever the Biden administration works to achieve? I don't know. But I'm sure not buying their bullshit about wanting to save money, or their hazy suggestion that the funds could be better used for unnamed domestic programs.
