Yesterday there was news coverage of historical precedents of Republicans and Democrats coming together to avert a shutdown, birth sides getting something they wanted, but McCarthy hasn't the experience or the ability to achieve any compromise.

We werent sent home for the weekend if mission had not been achieved. Thats because Navy Leaders knew/know how to LEAD. That was the rule. For those who care naught about the American citizenry it is the exception.
