apparently both sides, Trump and the AG, made pre trial filings and this was the judge's decision on them. I do not know what the pre trial filings asked for or were specifically about.

a trial. The prosecution asked for a summary judgement as a matter of standard practice. Rarely entered except in the case of someone like trump. A complete and total fraudster whose lied about everything.
